“We always strive to deliver your prized purchase at the earliest, however due to international shipping constraints and keep cost low for you, please allow between 2-5 working days for delivery to most addresses in Australia.

All orders are dispatched through Australia Post 

We provide “Free Shipping” on all order over the value of $99 (excluding shipping).

As a business, we are covered by mandatory warranty under Australian consumer laws. In case items are defective or are not as advertised, you can either return for a full refund or exchange with a new product at no extra cost to you.

In the situation, we will ask for you bank details and provide a refund along with any return shipping charges to your nominated bank account.

We also allow change of mind returns, however the product must be returned in the same condition as it was received (unused and in saleable condition along with any packages).

If the returned product is damaged in any form or manner, no refund or exchange will be provided and it will returned to the customer at their cost.
