Website pricing and ordering policies
Copper store constantly strive to keep pricing of products and inventory on the website updated. However there can be instances of variations. All orders require confirmation prior to sale.
While buying online on our website the final price of an item is determined at the time of checkout and at the time of processing payment.
A product sale is a legally binding contract with Copper store under Australian laws and once an order is placed and confirmed you accept full legal liability, financial liability and are under commitment to fulfil financial obligations under the terms of sale. If you believe there is any mistake in the order, please contact the Copper store immediately. Copper store retain the discretion to approve cancellation or amendment of the order. In either case, you accept any financial losses incurred by the copperstore will be deducted from the deposit.
Copper store has the right to reject or refuse any order in case any fraud is detected, or in case of pricing issues on websites or extreme market events. Affected customers will be immediately notified of any such events.
Occasionally products may become out of stock and if they cannot be replenished within a reasonable time frame, the order will be cancelled and you will receive full refund without the deduction of any charges or fees.
For credit card payments over $1,000, a copper store may request a copy of your driver’s license for identification as credit card fraud is quite prevalent in Australia. This is for the protection of our clients and our business.
Copperstore.com.au reserves the right to request individual or corporate identification for orders of any amount.
The valid identification requirement is a copy of either –
(1) An original or certified copy of a valid primary photographic identification document (Australian Passport, Australian Driver’s license); or
(i) an original or certified copy of a valid primary non-photographic
(ii) an original or certified copy of a valid secondary identification identification document (Birth Certificate, Australian Citizenship Certificate); and document (Utility bill, Medicare card, bank-issued bank statement.)
The requirement at law is for original or certified identification. If you wish to send a copy of your documents by email, you can initially do this to complete an order online, and you must have the documents certified by a solicitor or registered JP.
Any purchases by customers on behalf of a business must also provide;(1) the full business name (if any) under which the customer carries on his or her business,(2) the full address of the customer’s principal place of business (if any) or the customer’s residential address; and(3) any ABN issued to the customer.
To complete an order, electronic copies of certified documentation are accepted, however the original certified copies MUST be forwarded to us by mail before an order can ship. Non-delivery of these ID documents will result in cancellation of your trading account and recovery of any applicable cancellation fees and / or metal prices losses as per this agreement.

No products will be shipped until payment for the processed order is received in full and cleared. Shipping is via 3rd party courier services – Australia Post, Startrack, Fastway or DHL Express, may differentiate between individual orders.
Where items are marked “Out of Stock”, some backorders can be accepted and these will be organised with our suppliers. Set delivery time may vary due to the involvement of a third party, however copperstore.com.au will continue to make all efforts to deliver orders quickly.
Copper Store Will not accept liability for the loss of an order once the delivery has been completed by the courier service. This includes if you have issued an “Authority to Leave” in a re-delivery attempt by the courier. All packages shipped by copper store require a signature for the completion of delivery. Copper store will not accept liability for orders lost that have been signed by a third party at the nominated shipping address.
If Copper store is directly or indirectly prevented from making supply or otherwise performing an obligation, by reason of events beyond its reasonable control (including any force majeure event including restricted availability of input products of required quality. Upon termination of the event Nestaire must resume the performance of its obligations under this contract at the earliest date reasonably possible.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by you where we do not receive your instructions or where any dealing or proposed dealing is interrupted, unable to be completed or unable to take place due to the failure of any telephone, computer, other electronic or technological device.
If you feel a package is damaged or has been tampered with upon arrival, DO NOT accept the package and notify us immediately. Once you sign for the package, we assumes no further responsibility or liability.

We allow Change of mind returns with full refund to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. However the product should be returned without damage and in original saleable condition, otherwise return will not be accepted. Products need to be returned within 30 days of receipt of them by you. Return postage will also be borne by the customer.
Copper store products are supplied in the original manufacturer’s condition. Copperstore.com.au does NOT buy and sell within the second hand market. We supply only NEW products direct from the associated manufacturers or their agents.
