Please note that all of our copper products are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, hammering pattern, shape, or minor imperfections may occur and are a natural characteristic of handmade craftsmanship. Products may also vary slightly from the images shown due to different production batches. These variations are not considered defects and do not affect the quality, durability, or functionality of the product. We guarantee that the purity and quality of our copper remain consistent across every item.

- All orders are securely shipped via Australia Post.
- FREE Standard Shipping is available on all Australian orders over $120 (excluding shipping charges). Standard shipping is $11 for order under $120.
Warranty & Faulty Products
Your purchase is protected under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Where a refund is approved, we will process it to your nominated Australian bank account and reimburse any reasonable return postage costs where applicable.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We are happy to accept returns provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging and accessories are included.
- The product is suitable for resale.
- For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
If a returned item is found to be used, damaged, altered, or not in its original saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
