Website Pricing & Ordering Policy

If an item becomes unavailable and cannot be replenished within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Product Information & Handmade Variations
Our copper products are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, hammering pattern, finish, or minor marks may naturally occur.
Products may also vary slightly from the images shown on our website due to different production batches. These natural variations are part of the character of handmade copper craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
These variations do not affect the quality, durability, purity, or functionality of the product. We stand behind the quality and purity of the copper products we supply.
Payment & Order Processing
Orders will only be processed and dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared.
Copper Store Australia may request additional verification for certain orders where required for security, fraud prevention, or payment protection purposes.
Customer Identification
For security and fraud prevention, Copper Store Australia reserves the right to request customer identification for high-value orders or where an order appears unusual, suspicious, or requires further verification.
Identification may include a valid driver licence, passport, or other suitable proof of identity. Business customers may also be asked to provide their business name, trading name, business address, and ABN where applicable.

Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched only after payment has been received in full and cleared.

Delivery Responsibility
Copper Store Australia is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.
If you provide an Authority to Leave or request that your parcel be left unattended, Copper Store Australia is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after the courier records the parcel as delivered.
If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept the parcel where possible and contact us immediately.
Returns Policy
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Copper Store Australia accepts change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original saleable condition with all original packaging and accessories.
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the returned product is used, damaged, altered, missing packaging, or not in saleable condition, Copper Store Australia reserves the right to refuse the refund or exchange. In such cases, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your purchase is protected under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description, you may be entitled to a replacement, exchange, or refund.

New Products Only
Copper Store Australia supplies new products sourced directly from selected manufacturers, artisans, or authorised suppliers. We do not sell second-hand products.
