30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Suitable for resale.
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Change of Mind Returns
For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
Handcrafted Copper Products
Please note that our copper products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations in colour, finish, hammering, shape, or minor marks are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, we cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards.
- Custom or personalised products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the original item once approved, then place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
